Congratulations Venu Isukapalli on becoming a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt!

TPMG would like to congratulate Venu Isukapalli for successfully completing the Lean Six Sigma Excellence in Healthcare Delivery Black Belt Certification program and earning his lean six sigma black belt!  He successfully completed the rigorous 16 unit – 65 lesson online blended lean six sigma black belt workshop by passing the certification examination with distinction.  The goal of Venu’s lean six sigma black belt project was to reduce the increasing physical inventory variance in the OR Room along with the increasing cost.  His black belt project successfully reduced the negative inventory variance by 50% within a 3 month period saving his organization close to $US400,000 (AED 2.89 Million) annually.  Congratulations Venu!

Venu Isukapalli serves as a Director-Materials Management at American Hospital of Dubai where he develops and implements comprehensive supply chain management strategies to add a greatest value for the supply chain expenditure and resource utilization.

Venu earned his Masters in Business Administration  in Healthcare supply chain – NIBM, Post Graduate Diploma in Materials & Logistics Management  – AIIMS  and  a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University –India.  He is also a member of AHRMM-USA
